Burt and Ernie
Joshua's Dad has a couple toys from when he was a little boy including this Burt and Ernie puppets. Gideon absolutely loves them! Whenever he goes over to visit he asks to play with Burt and Ernie...When we got snowed in Gideon carried Ernie around everywhere...feeding him...showing him the snow...so cute!

ReplyDeleteOh, the site of those puppets brought back a flood of sweet memories of Benjamin, Molly, Joshua and Allen playing for hours in the bedroom upstairs.
ReplyDeleteThey always had the BEST toys. Michelle was such an organized person. All their toys were labeled and so easily accessible. They took such good care of their toys (obviously since those puppets are probably 45 years old). Do they still have all those vintage Fisher Price toys? Does Andy still have the original, large G. I. Joe in the wooden box? Blessed children to have Andy and Michelle for grandparents.
