I love to have my family pictures taken early in the fall and I have been so blessed to have a wonderful sister who takes our family picture! I have to admit having three children makes it very difficult to get a picture where we are all looking and nobody is crying but guess what...it can happen!!!! So Bethie came over and took some pictures and then I started thinking about Christmas cards and my favorite place to get my Christmas Cards is Shutterfly!!!! I have used them ever since we got married through each year of our growing family. I use them for my photo books as well...but back to cards, I love the selection of cards that Shutterfly has for you to choose from, the ease of making the cards and how quick they ship the cards! Below are a few of my family pictures from this year and some of the Christmas cards I am thinking about...go to the bottom for information about winning a gift certificate to Shutterfly!
Don't you just love the pictures? Which card do you think I should use--#1, 2 or 3?
Shutterfly ALWAYS has some special offers going on. (Currently 20% of cards with code CARD20 and free shipping on orders over $30 with code SHIP30)!
One lucky reader will win $50 credit to spend
at Shutterfly (does not include shipping and cannot be combined with
other promos). Simply leave a comment (and make sure I have a way to
contact you) to enter. (I'll accept entries until next Wednesday). Also if you are looking for someone to take your family pictures consider my sister Beth and you might want to do it soon as she is about to have a baby!
Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post. I was compensated in the form of
free product, and Shutterfly is providing the prize for the giveaway as
well. However, all opinions are of course my own.
I like the card with the Top ten Moments of 2012! But, isn't it kind of weird sending out Christmas cards with pictures of other families on them?? ;-)
ReplyDeleteOh, and I love the picture of you and Joshua kissing and the kids just oblivious to mommy and daddy's PDA!! The Gideon picture is priceless!
LOL @ Pops =) pictures of other families.... hehe. Sounds like something George would say.
ReplyDeleteI like the 2nd card, because you can put PDA picture in the bottom (or the one with Gideon all happy and you & Joshua are looking at Tirzah) and a picture of each child above. Neato.
Oooh, I love Shutterfly so much -- I make photo books like it's goin' out of style. The Christmas card designs are great, and I love your family photos! My vote would actually be for No. 3 . . . it's really cute and natural! Thanks for the giveaway! (writing.meg [at] gmail.com)
ReplyDeleteOoooh! :) I like card number 2 :)

I like #1! Cute kids, cute photos!
ReplyDeletealisonandmicah[at]gmail.com!
We love Shutterfly, and with a new baby of my own, I would love the credit to show her off to others!
I vote for number two! And consider me entered for the shutterfly credit! That would be *amazing*:-)

I like number 2! You guys are so cute! I was just visiting shutterfly a few days ago and drooling over their beautiful cards! We took family pictures at the beach this year that I'm hoping to use for a Christmas card. I've never sent out a family Christmas card so winning this credit would really help me get on the ball this year!
ReplyDeleteI love card #2 as well! I look forward to having this year's Shelor family Christmas card on our fridge! I would love to be entered into the giveaway. :)

Such cute pictures! I've never used Shutterfly before, but those cards look great! I especially liked #2....so fun! And what a gorgeous family the Lord has blessed you with! :)
ReplyDeleteI like the design of card 3:) I was just on Shutterfly designing our Christmas Card...such a great site.
ReplyDeleteI vote #2
ReplyDeleteThey are all amazing choices, but I have to go with number 3. Just love the "top 10" idea. What gorgeous family photos!!! Y'all are too beautiful. And the sweater looks stunning on you, Steph. :)
ReplyDeleteCan I vote for two? :-) I like the idea of a family picture and individual children pictures for #2, but I like mentioning the years highlights on #3 (I like to hear about what is going on and not just see pictures. Could you put a family picture on the bottom of #3? #2 is great to put on the refrigerator - the pictures are bigger and easier to see.
ReplyDeleteCard #2 is pretty cool, especially since you have 3 kids. I LOVE both pictures of your family, but especially the second one! It's one of the best "candid" shots I have ever seen! And I love Gideon's excited expression! :-D
ReplyDeleteAnd there is nothing I would like more than $50 to spend on Shutterfly photo books...especially since I have at least three that I want to make. :-)
I like the card w/ the top 10...very cool way to let family and friends know whats been going on in your lives all year:)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE shutterfly! I had a promo to make a photobook, and made one For Isabella with photos from my pregnancy, birth and up to 3 months. Making 1 for each of our mothers for Christmas:)
